10月18日，第三屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇對外發(fā)布務(wù)實合作項目清單。國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委組織開展的實施質(zhì)量認(rèn)證“小而美”國際互認(rèn)合作項目作為“民生及民心相通類項目”入選。

近年來，國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委深入貫徹落實黨的二十大精神，穩(wěn)步擴大市場監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域制度型開放，充分發(fā)揮質(zhì)量認(rèn)證國際貿(mào)易“通行證”作用，指導(dǎo)各地方和有關(guān)單位，圍繞助力雙循環(huán)暢通、解決產(chǎn)業(yè)急需、惠及當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姟⑻钛a制度空白等目標(biāo)，著力打造質(zhì)量認(rèn)證“小而美”國際互認(rèn)合作項目，推動共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。2023年中國國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會舉辦期間，國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委對外發(fā)布首批12個質(zhì)量認(rèn)證“小而美”國際互認(rèn)合作優(yōu)秀案例，涉及電子電器、機械設(shè)備、防爆電氣等多個領(lǐng)域，形成一批促發(fā)展、解民憂、接地氣、聚人心的質(zhì)量認(rèn)證國際合作優(yōu)良實踐。

In recent years, the State Administration for Market Regulation has deeply implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, steadily expanded institutional openness in the field of market supervision, fully played the role of quality certification as a "passport" for international trade, guided local governments and relevant units to focus on promoting smooth circulation, solving urgent industrial needs, benefiting local people, and filling institutional gaps, and focused on creating "small and beautiful" international mutual recognition cooperation projects for quality certification, We will work together to build high-quality development along the the Belt and Road. During the 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Services, the China Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) released the first batch of 12 excellent cases of international mutual recognition and cooperation in the field of "small and beautiful" quality certification, involving multiple fields such as electronics and electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, and explosion-proof electrical equipment, forming a group of excellent practices for promoting development, solving people's concerns, grounding, and gathering people's hearts in international quality certification cooperation.

國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委將以質(zhì)量認(rèn)證“小而美”國際互認(rèn)合作為抓手，進(jìn)一步推動質(zhì)量認(rèn)證國際合作更大范圍、更深層次、更高水平發(fā)展，更好服務(wù)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”倡議。

CNCA will take the "small and beautiful" international mutual recognition cooperation of quality certification as the starting point, further promote the development of international cooperation in quality certification in a broader scope, deeper level and at a higher level, and better serve the high-quality "the Belt and Road" initiative.
